Lacoste replaces iconic crocodile logo to shine a light on endangered species



In collaboration with the International Union for Conservation of Nature's (IUCN) program Save Our Species, sportswear brand Lacoste iconic polo shirts are getting a makeover to highlight the reality of endangered species. #LacosteSaveOurSpecies





The number of limited-edition shirts produced with each species corresponds to the best estimates of the number of animals of that species still living in the wild.

Ranging from 30 examples for the Vaquita to 450 examples for the Anegada Rock Iguana, 1,775 polo shirts in total are being launched during the brand’s runway show at Paris Fashion Week, and are available for sale online on the Lacoste website.


Proceeds from the $183 limited edition polo shirts will go toward animal conservation efforts.
