Desde café, hasta ropa para bebes, cada vez son más las marcas/compañías que se promueven como "comercio justo". Si bien, es un término que algunas marcas inescrupulosas usan a diestra y siniestra, no hay que dejarse engañar. Solo un puñado realmente cumple con todos los requisitos.
Comercio justo o fair-trade es mucho más que el pago justo por un trabajo.
El organismo encargado de velar y certificar WFTO (World Fair Trade Organization) establece 10 principios que las Organizaciones deben seguir en su día a día para ser consideradas o certificadas como Comercio Justo, llevando a cabo monitoreo exhaustivo para garantizar su cumplimiento.
From coffee to baby wear, every day there are more brands/companies promoting themselves as "fair-trade". Although there are brands that use the term lightly, don't be fooled. Just a few really comply with the requirements.
